ACTOFIVE Cycles started as a brainchild of mechanical engineer and mountain biker Simon Metzner:

“Curiosity and the passion for technical challenges, together with my long-time experience in engineering, are my driving force behind innovative concepts. My high demand for relentless function and an aesthetic design, render my bikes with an exclusive character. Since 2018, I design and manufacture ACTOFIVE bicycle frames and components, made in Germany. “

With a strong foundation in engineering and a deep passion for mountain biking, ACTOFIVE Cycles has emerged as a project under METZNER Engineering, led by owner Simon Metzner. Based in Dresden, Germany, ACTOFIVE specializes in crafting frames and components, drawing from years of experience in fabrication, assembly, and riding.

In 2022 czech national enduro champ and worldcup rider Vojtěch Bláha joined ACTOFIVE. The experiences gathered during this seasons have given ACTOFIVE a solid understanding of racing.

In 2024 enduro racer Laura Zeitschel joined ACTOFIVE. Her experience and involvement in racing adds real value to the development of ACTOFIVE.
